Splits contentKey into SSKR shares per spec and returns one copy of
the envelope per share, each carrying its share as an sskrShare
assertion, grouped as the spec groups them (the reference's sskr_split
/ sskr_split_using). sskrJoin recovers the envelope from a quorum.

SskrError) when sskr rejects the secret or the spec, as the reference's
? into Error::SSKR (a group with a zero member threshold:
